Guys i recently bought onkyo TXNR 509 AV reciever ( 100 Watts rms) frm england. I need u guys to plz help me decide on what speakers to go with it. I am interested in buying a 5.1 setup ( 2 floor standers, 1centre, 2 bookshelf speakers plus subwoofer). My entire living room size is 30ft x 16ft ( living room + dinning room), the actual living room size is 20ft x 16ft. I need a system which is good enough for a room of this size. I am mainly goin to use this setup for 75% movies rest 25% on TV + music. I really like deep BASE (not bloomy) in action sequences in movies as well in music.
I recently auditioned MONITOR speakers ( Audiopeople,t.nagar,chennai) and it sounded good in their setup. They showed me monitor M series and they quoted me Rs 77000 after 10% discount for the following setup

monitor audio M centre speaker
monitor audio M1 bookshelf speakers
sunfire subwoofer 8" DS.8.
I also auditioned ELAC speakers ( Onkyo showroom,alwarpet,chennai) and it also sounded good in their setup. They offered me their 50 series (5.1 setup) for Rs 80000 after discount.
Now i am confused which out ot the two is better. also I wanted to knw whether these guys r quoting the right price or whether i can bargain further. Plus I want to knw whether if there are any other good audio brand speakers available in chennai for around similar price or a little more.
Kindly plz help me in finding the right speakers.
