Need help - Trying to get Media Player to work with my CRT

Hello!

First post, so please excuse if I make any mistakes.

I bought IncrediSonic Ultra Play media player to connect to my Panasonic CRT. I am using AV/RCA cable to connect the player. My TV has AV, AV 2, AV 2S, AV 3, AV 3S modes available. My DVD player utilizes AV and cable uses AV2.

On connecting the media player I do see a 'disturbance' on the AV3 mode, but nothing else. The other devices automatically sync with the TV. For media player, do I need to do something extra? I am attaching 2 images below which might help you suggest a course of action.

Okay, so I fixed the problem. The AV wire wasn't pushed fully into the media player. The build quality is poor, so it seemed it couldn't go further in, but when I checked all physical connections, this one went in a bit more.
