Need inputs on Samsung LED F6800 and F6400

Hi,

i am planning to buy a new Samsung led tv
i have shortlisted Samsung F6800 and F6400.
i wanted some inputs on these ..

1. How is the samsung 6 series offering ? it terms of picture quality etc.
i used to own a samsung C650 LCD Tv, brought it some 3 yrs back ..i really liked it. the PQ is good.

2. i am planning to go for a 46" TV. ( it seems silly , but i read a review where there was some problem with a 46" 6 series led ,, so should i go for a 50" one ? meaning, is 46" having some problem in general ? )

3. what are the panel type that i need be aware of ? ( do i still need to worry about it ? )

4. What is difference b/w f6800 and f6400 ?
which one do you recommend ,given the price difference of 8k.

5. Overall, how is the build/durablity quality of the samsung 6 series ??
