I just purchased SVS PB 2000 Sub woofer. it arrived yesterday from Delhi to Bhopal in proper packing. However i have spent full day trying to set it up but there is no sound from it. The dealer says that it send it after testing - Denny from Bass N Treble Delhi. when i put my old sub woofer through the same connection there is no problem. Power light is showing so there is no power problem. Any suggestions.

You need to share the settings on the Sub like volume, phase, on off auto and crossover.
And settings on the AVR as well along with the specifications of other gear involved.

If you are used a sub previously I think you have an idea about it.SVS never disappoint in build quality and sub sound.Check also speaker settings sub enabled or not and Large Small options too.Very lower failure rates in SVS Subs so check it with patience.
