I don't know where to start.
I somehow got this itch. Actually I am not a music buff.
But some how got this itch to buy HT. So started hunting with 10-15k price range
. Later I found what I get with my budget.
Went for Onkyo 3400, Yamaha 196 and Denon 1612 auditions.
Yamaha is descent enough. But, Is it worth at 20k?
Impressed with Denon + FS and planning to buy by this year end.
As you expect this itch is growing day by day.
First I am planning to buy a pair of Speakers till I buy Denon.
Can I connect speaker to my
Samsung LCD TV+
Hathway STB(with red,yellow,white o/p wires)+
philips dvd player(with red,yellow,white o/p wires)?
Do I need to buy subwoofer along with it?
If yes please suggest few options so that I can ask for demo. Room is mid size. Total budget for 5.1 setup is around 25k.
If possible please suggest 2.1 setup for my frnd for strict < 10k budget.
