The equation is that the cost of avr & speakers should be roughly equal.
Marantz SR5013 - Rs 60,000
(has 60W class AB amps plus the necessary technologies. Saw it at hifimart)
Wharfedale DX 2 - Rs 52,000
(wharfedale goes well with marantz. Saw this at avstore.in)
Wires - Rs 12,000
UPS - find one that can do 5x60w + 100w. Something like apc 1100va. Calculation in ups is rated output x 0.6. So 1100 va is 1100 x 0.6 = 660watts.
Total Rs 1,34,000
I think that this is the minimum one that has acceptable quality as there will be song listening as well which is good on class ab amps. There is better emotional connect.
