What's the price. May be it's pricey and a HTPC + DAC may be a cheaper and better option.

Please dont go with Olive. I have been using the 5HD for the past 5 years and from personal experience, although the sound quality is quite good, user interface isn't. Most importantly, customer service is non-existent.
