Open box 4K TV sell

I need your valuable opinion.
There are ads about open box TV sell at various dealer in news paper. May be they are display pieces.

My question, is it a good idea to purchase them at discounted price?

And what should be discount percentage for bargain? Dealer is ready to give same warrantee as pack piece i.e. three years from DOP.

Rule of thumb - LCD LED display pieces are okay, oleds are not going to be a smart idea as showrooms display static images for a long time. They could shorten pixel lifespan.

Secondly 50% discount is a good buy. Even upto 35% discount if it is a two plus years warranty.
