PC in of LED TV

hi guys,

please help

the picture becomes blurred or double image when I am connecting my laptop vga/monitor out to the pc input of my 37 inch samsung LED tv pc input

tv - ua37eh5000
laptop - hp dv6

no such problems if connecting by hdmi cable from the same pc

tv is 1080P

Even i noticed this issue when my CPU is connected to the LCD TV via VGA....The pictures are not sharp as it should be....

in VGA connection, I believe it is because the video signal is processed twice before the image is displayed on TV....Once by the CPU & other one by TV...

n HDMI connection, the image is processed only once by the receiving device.. So no signal degradation....

Correct me if am wrong...

I have the same problem when vga is connected to my present Sony TV. I noticed it recently while connecting non hdmi laptop to TV. With my older Panasonic LCD, the problem was with hdmi and vga was crystal clear.
