Hi,

Can anyone advise on getting support towards AVR Onkyo TX-NR636
This is one of my cousins place and issues are like Zone 2 not working and Woofer conn not working so not sure what could be actual problem till we check multiple scenarios of cable change etc.
In the meanwhile if anyone can recommend some contact in mumbai on this.

Anyone can support here with technician details for given Onkyo Model
Not sure where is your cousin located, if its Bangalore, Onkyo has a auth service center (studio homz, HSR layout) folks who can help, a technician from Onkyo can visit the place to investigate further. However, as you said, its worth going by elimination method to figure out the problem area first.

Sometimes AVR main processor does malfunctioning.Try removing all connections. If warranty is over, jus open top cover, blow the dust and luckily it may work.
I have found one FM was lucky with marantz avr where SW output was not coming.
