Receiver with multi HDMI repeater input

This is a great site to learn from experts more about Audio/Video hardware.
It seems a receiver/amplifier with minimum 5 HDMI repeater input is inevitable to hookup Sun HD Stb, HD media player, PS-3, Laptop etc and enjoy good quality surround audio as well. Can we arrange 'group buy' of some good model from Onkyo, Denon etc.

Most entry to mid level AVRs will accept 4 HDMI inputs. If you want more you have to look at high end AVRs costing 50K or more.
