Repair for nad / cambridge dvd and cdp

sorry for posting this here - had posted it in the dvd section but i guess not too many people go into it so didnt get too many replies

i've got a nad dvd player for which the tray doesnt stay open. closes up immediately. i dont mind fixing it myself if the process isnt complicated. and a cambridge cdp which shows disc error - perhaps the lens is dirty. could someone help me with a technician in hyderabad that can repair it. do you think using a cdp disc / lens cleaner will help?
