Require Help for Onkyo CD Player Repair person

Hi All,

I have an old Onkyo CD Player (Mdel#CR 325) which is a 10yr old model without USB support. Now I have a problem with it and it has been traced to the head skipping tracks and the regular Onkyo service ceter are saying that they do not have the spares since the head for the subsequent models have changed.

Is there any shop where I can give it for repair and get it corrected in Chennai or any other place in India.

Or is there any way I can get this track skipping problem rectified with some home remedies.

I am attaching a photo of the model for reference if any of you require it.
