Hi,
As far as I learned from a yamaha distributor, the IW series are for In Wall ..... and the IC series are for in ceiling.
Though in walls will work in ceiling too, but while hanged overhead they will not work as good as In ceiling speakers.

Hi Timbak,

Would suggest to buy fewer higher priority elements, than all elements in one go of lower quality. AVR, Speakers, Projector are 3 most critical elements in HT setup, so focus on them more. Insofar as screen, banana plugs etc are concerned, honestly I haven't experienced significant difference audio/video wise after having purchased all kinds of stuff from India/UK/US. Currently using -
Setup 1: Marantz SR 7011, Monitor Audio Silver 5.0, SVS SB1000, Benq HT3050, Oppo 103D
Setup 2: Marantz SR 6010, Jamo D606 5.1, Sony 750F, Pionner BDP 180
Setp 3: Genelec 6010A

For projector screen, you should be able to procure material professional screen material (used in theater screen) around 7K. Get a wooden frame done per your choice, can be up in less than an hr. For speaker wires focus on gauge (14-20 AWG, lesser AWG the better). HDMI cable can be had from Amazon Basics (those from expensive options like AudioQuest are not worth the money at all). Likewise for banana plugs, get from Amazon Basics.

PS: Focus on quality AVR, Speakers & Projector first.

Good luck!

That's a very very odd and outdated choice for a projector and screen.

No content today is available in 4:3 format, so you'll be unnecessarily wasting both space in your house and getting a very low resolution image too.

As suggested above, get a 1080p projector and a 16:9 screen.

Purchase the Audiolab 6000A Integrated Amplifier at a special offer price.
