Hi, Friends

want to setup a good HIFI and HT setup for my living room. Thinking to start from setting a HIFI system and then go for HT setup because I prefer to listen music more but at times Movies and by doing so, not to spend more at one go .

Have few ideas, where your inputs would do good.

( Moreover, AV receivers cannot be good for listening music, when compared to a dedicated HIFI setup )

1. start with an Integrated Amplifier, with Home Theatre Bypass ( Audiolab 6000a, Peachtree Nova150, Marantz PM8006) with good Bookshelf Speaker (Wharfedale Diamond, Klipsh, Elac, B&W 60 s2)

2. With the above setup, later I can add an AV Receiver (with Pre-out) and add centre, surround and Sub speakers.

3. By this, I can have a good HIFI system and HT setup for listening music and watching movies with the same 5.1 speakers

please give your valuable suggestions and ideas.

Also, where to buy these components in India from a reliable dealer ?

Thanks in advance friends

Have anyone used the below setup for hifi listening ?

Audiolab 6000a + Wharfedale Diamond 2.2

Selected Audiolab 6000a for the Dac ES9018K2M and it is possible to do HT bypass

Pls give your input and any other alternatives for this.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
