Anyone having experience with "not so expensive" SILVER (silver plated copper) speaker cables ?
I was reading about the QED XT anniversary silver speaker cables and I understand they can add a little sizzle to the overall sound. What I'm looking for is something to improve the detail retrieval from my chain.
For reference:
I'm currently using the WireWorld solstice 8 speaker cables and RCA interconnects. The overall sound is well rounded, full bodied, not harsh at all, and provides a super thumping bottom end as well.
What I am trying to achieve is more pronounced detail of instruments and well defined bass.
Can cables help achieve this?
Silver cables (or silver plated copper)
Would like to know what others have experienced or read about this.
