That is an excellent choice I am offered the same model for 1.24 lakhs from the grey market.

This is a very nice TV. I had purchased in Nov '15 for 1.3L from grey market.
At that time it was selling @ 1.9L official.

I don't watch 3D...so don't know. 4K is awesome.
The up-scaling is very good. Better than all other brands in similar range.
So watching TV at 9' is tolerable. But I watch mostly BD content. PQ is amazing.
