Well guys I have both Sony HT-M5 & Sony DAV-DZ340K both have 5.1 output now I am willing to use both in my room for music, gaming & movies. But I want clean 5.1ch surround output from both at a time! So Sony HT-M5 has 4 hdmi (3 in & 1out with ARC) it also has optical in/out. Whereas Sony DAV-DZ340K has single HDMI out which is also ARC enabled & it has 2ch rca audio in & an 3.5mm auxiliary audio in that's it! I have 2 led televisions out of which none has optical out nor ARC!!! So here is all the problem! Now how I am supposed to get 5.1 audio from both systems simultaneously? If u have any trick lemme know.

Buy a really good external MP3 player.
Nothing less than Fiio X3.
Buy an audio splitter - 1x3.5mm to 2x3.5mm.
Buy three high quality aux cables. Atleast Bandridge quality.
Connect as follows:
Fiio X3 >> aux >> splitter >> 1st connection aux >> MT-M5
2nd connection aux >> DAV-DZ

You have below connection options -
A) Still you can purchase one as said by @humblebee
B) You can simply connect 2 rca out of your HT-M5 reciever to DAV-DZ
C) Buy one input to two output HDMI splitter like below -
WireTech 1X2 HDMI Splitter with 1.4 - Buy WireTech 1X2 HDMI Splitter with 1.4 Online at Low Price in India - Amazon.in
i) Run your PC HDMI output>> Splitter >> splitter out one HT-M5 hdmi In >> splitter out two to ARC HDMI of DAv-DZ
ii) DAV-DZ ARC HDMI >> splitter >> one to HT-M5 >> another to TV

Splitters used to cause problems in HDMI boards.
But it was only for initial generation HDMI boards , which had problems due to none or very less protection algorithm built in them.
They had problems not only with splitters but with also if you use low grade HDMI cable.
Now, today's HDMI (mean last 5-7 years), it is been so enhanced as not only to survive short circuit, but even you pass 500V/10A into any pin.

All in all, splitters are very safe. Use them without doubt.
