Sound bar with woofer or 2.1 speakers for HD TV

I want to buy sound bar with woofer or a 2.1 speakers for my 46 inch LED tv.I found polk audio sound bar with woofer and harman kardon SB16.My budget is 30k max.So can anyone suggest some good range speakers in this price.For which one i should go??I am very much new for polk audio.Need your suggestions.Thanks.
