Speakers for 32 inch LCD TV

I am planning to install a 32 inch lcd in my bedroom and looking for speakers for it. I am leaning towards active speakers - to save space and reduce wires. Don't need surround sound. Budget is around Rs10k.

I saw JBL Control 2 active speakers for about Rs 13k on Bajaao. How are these for the price?

There are some Behringer/M-Audio/Samsons available under 10k:

The main criteria are small size (wall mountable preferred) and budget. I can go for TP20 amp if needed. Please suggest.

You can think of a sound bar.

Looked at JBL SB200 soundbar, but it is out of budget right now. Also, active speakers can be used as stand alone stereo speakers as well, if needed.

There are soundbars from Philips, Samsung etc around 10k mark (on greendust). But not sure of the sound quality.

The Edifier C3 has been mentioned favourably in similar threads in the forum a few times and has good reviews on Flipkart, Junglee and Infibeam. Under 10k. F&D 2.1 is also an option.
