Hi,

My current avr setup consists of the following:

AVR - Marantz SR-4600 (80W RMS per channel, 7.1 setup)
Fronts - Sonodyne Sonus 2605 towers (130W RMS, 45 hz - 22 Khz)

looking forward to complete the setup with the remaining channels. Saw a few threads but could not decide on which one to go for. My budget is limited 5k max per channel. Please suggest for the following channels:

Center (should i go for sonodyne only i was quoted 6k, or anything better in the same range)

Rear surrounds (should i go for bipole speakers, sonodyne costing 6k each)

I am based in delhi.

for the sub I was quoted 12.5k for 250W (freq. range was around 35 - 40 hz)

Looking forward to suggestions.

Sunil

i suggest you go with something that complements your set up - ie. the same series that you have for your fronts. esp the rears and the centre. as for the sub you can go for something different if you feel necessary

thanks afj for your suggestion. I am getting a used (but almost new) Polk Audio Tsi 100 for 6.5k (pair). Do you think this will be a good choice for surround speakers. The price is very very tempting. The person is doing a quick sale hence the low price.
