Supported 5.1or 7.1 formats

Hi all.
Now am downloading some stuffs from website. Which file name extenstion to be downloaded for 5.1 or 7.1 audio output ??

So many formats like DDP 5.1 , AAC 5.1 , HEVEC 6 CH etc. So which to be prefered and it will give real effects when watching with 5.1 hifi setup ?

All are 5.1 contents so download the file that is the biggest in size. That’s how I download and worked out well for me. Big files will have less compression.

Audio information is given in most of the downloading sites check for higher bitrates and lower compression values
