SVS PB 1000 or 2000 - dealers in Hyderabad?

Hi all...am planning to buy a PB1000 or PB2000 - my room size is 23.4 x 11.4 feet. Which of these 2 subs is best suited for this room - am more into movies. Also would you recommend 2 PB1000s or 1 PB2000 ? Any references to dealers who can ship to Hyderabad / dealers in Hyderabad?

The Audio People at Road no. 36, Jubilee Hills do deal with SVS. I was taking a demo on projectors with them a month back and saw some SVS subs in their demo room.

For your room size Svs pb2000 would be more suited. Dual svs pb1000 would only give you even bass and tight bass all around but would be little underpowered for room of that size.
I have recently bought svs pb1000 and using it with bic pl200ii sub in dual setup and am completely satisfied with its performance. My room size is 11*13 sq.feet. Since you are more into movies, would suggest you to blindly go for a single svs pb2000 and in future you can buy another one.

Always go for the biggest sub you can afford.
In this case, PB 2000. I think it goes down to 14hz and is loud enough at that frequency compared to 19hz done by PB 1000.

IMO, a twin subwoofer setup is likely to be more satisfying experience than a single subwoofer, considering that PB1000 and PB2000 aren't too far off from each other. WRT to ultra low freq performance, a lot depends on the acoustics of your room.
