The Tata Sky CC guy.. Just confirmed the price.. But he says it hasn't been launched yet.. Its still, according to him, stuck in customs..

He says it should be available in the next couple of days and payment has to be made on phone (using credit card).. Wont be available at retail outlets.. shipping would take 4 days and 100% will be launched in Bangalore before the world cup.

The great news is.. The price is confirmed at 3999.. worth every bit and more

It's not slow at all for me....loads in a second (using Tata Photon+ and on Google Chrome if that makes any difference)...maybe Tata(Sky) Tata(Photon) bhai bhai hence its loading fast for me

Edit:: Online with CC now. They are helping me to place and order now (told me that I'm one of the first folks to order i blr - they launched it a few minutes back - good customer handling skills this lady's got).

Where are the "tech-details & specifications" of this marvel. Their website is silent on these details

1] Does it also record in 1080p or i ?
2] What file format is used for recording in Full-HD/720p or SD
3] What processor is used ?
4] Does it support - ext usb HDD direct playblack & recording ?
5] Why has Tatasky NOT YET included Times "MoviesNow" HD channel in their HD pack ?

Can someone throw some light on these things!
