I have bought the TV one month ago and is working fine. I have issue with Amazon Prime Video. When i setup the device for the first time Prime Video wasn't there and i had to install it from Google Play Store. Videos in Amazon Prime Video are working fine in 1080. But 4K contents like The Family Man, Jack Ryan and Saaho movie are not even playing. It shows an error message that "Something went wrong Please try again later. For more help, go to amazon.com/videohelp." But i can cast those contents from my mobile and play it on my TV in 4K quality without any hustle. I wanted to know whether anyone face this issue or not. Also i have noticed that my friend who had bought the same TV after one month have a latest Software Version is able to play those videos without any error message. But when i searched for System update, it isn't showing any. I contacted the customer service, but they told that the software updates are through OTA only and they can't help on it.Kindly help me out to get the latest software and hope by the update the issue will be solved. Below are the Software Versions of mine and my freind.
