I have a Toyota Etios liva (2011 Model) with factory installed heat Unit and Speakers (One pair of Front Doro Speakers 5.25" and Tweeters)
make and model not known.

I have bought a (Chinese) In-Dash GPS Navigation and DVD Player.
It comes with a Built-in Amplifier (ST Microelectronics - TDA7388)

Specs: http://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/active/en/resource/technical/document/datasheet/CD00179160.pdf

Output Power Rating of Ampliefier
4 x 45 W / 4 ? max.
4 x 26 W / 4 ? @ 14.4 V, 1 kHz, 10 %

I want to upgrade my speakers - Rear Deck - 6x9" Ovals and Front Components
Not planning to go for a subwoofer+amplifier

I have shortlisted below models

ii) JBL - GT6 S699 - 3-Way Coaxial - Approx INR 3000 (75W RMS, 300W Maximum, 4? Impedenance)
ii) Infinity - Primus 9603i - 3-Way Coaxial - Approx INR 3800 (100W RMS, 300W Maximum, 4? Impedenance)

iii) JBL - CS-5C 5 1/4'' Component system (Speaker + Tweeter) - Approx INR 2900 (40W RMS, 120W Maximum, 4? Impedenance)

Queries
a) Can the Head Unit (with bulit-in amplifer) power the above combination or
an external amplifier is required ?
b) Can the 3? Rear 6x9" Models Damage the Head Unit ?
c) If i just add Rear 6x9" and do not change the factory front components, can the built-in amplifier in head unit enough ?
