Transformer suggestions for my Yamaha V673

CAUTION ! :sad: The 500 gms 1500 Watt 220VAC to 110VAC adaptors are Not Transformers. They will BLOW / BURN out your 110VAC Hi Fi equipment connected to it.

They are good only for Resistive loads like a light bulb and electric shavers.

These are in essence the same as an Electronic Fan regulator set to 50% speed.

Why dont you try instead converting your AVR to 220 based on the article posted in hifivision.. AFAIK, Just need some swapping of terminals.
