Unable to view Recorded programs in my Tata sky hd plus

I am unable to view all recorded programs in my Tata Sky HD plus set top box
since yesterday. Getting a error/pop up which says :
"There has been a change of digicard or modification in your Tata sky account. You will not be able to view this recording(5)."
I have not changed digicard.
I have renewed my yearly subscription 2 days back.
The hard disk is about 30 percent full.
The issue i am facing is with my secondary stb. primary stb no probs.
Things i have already tried are:
1.Called tata sky Customer care .They verified the stb n card nos. they r matching.
2.Local service engineer could not find a solution till now(36 hours).
3.Did a master reset of the stb but no help.
4.removed and replaced digicard. no change.
5.tried recording a new prog. Able to watch only new but not old progs.

I know one thing might solve the issue. Formatting hard disk will. But i dont want to lose the previous recordings. there are some children movies which my kid love to watch and other few programs as well.
Hope someone can help me with a solution?
 
What is your primary subscription package? Did you change it during renewal?
 
Did you discontinue this stb for some time? If so they will delete the recordings but these recordings will still show in the menu. Are you getting an error message when you try to play the recordings?
 
That's strange. The programs are encrypted based on some information related to the account, so something has got changed, maybe inadvertently, and they have failed to indentify it.
