Not sure if you will get a touchscreen remote like logitech harmony 1000 in a limited budget but if you are looking for a good one there is one on sale in For Sale by owner section of this forum. Do check it out.

If you are particular about budget and need a touch screen, you can check out One for all Universal remote for 2k in TMC(This price is during their annual sale last week). With this you can configure only 5 equipments. Otherwise Spidey's remote is a steal. I could have gone for that if I didn't buy the One4All remote.
