Urgent Sammy dim issue

Hello everyone.
Today morning I turned on my TV and it was all fine .Then suddenly 30mins later the picture got dim.Initially it was only for one channel and then every channel got dim .When I access the TV remote settings screen comes back to normal and when I exit the menu the screen again becomes dim.What might be the possible issue ?

I'm using tata sky HD as source.

It could be either due to light/ambient sensor On or power saving modes enabled.

Even if after following the above steps you are facing an issue. Turn off light ambient sensor and observe. Turn of the power saving mode or any other such options. Observe post checking, Get it checked by Samsung service technician if issue still persists.

I have changed the HDMI cable and its working fine now .But still raised a complaint with Samsung to get it checked .
