Yamaha YHT 299 vs Yamaha YHT 399UBL

I have narrowed down my search for Yamaha HTiB but don't know which one to buy between 299 and 399 as rates are similar. Any suggestions are most welcome.
I have 147 sq feet small room and usage is 60% movies and 40% music.

Are u planning to get 399 form US? or anyone selling it in India? Not much difference in two (apart from a little larger sub 8" for 399 and 8 ohm AVR channels). For 150 sq. ft. room i don't think there will be any drastic difference.
If you are getting 399 from US check if u r getting international warranty.

399 is available in amazon.in which is lesser then the price of 299.

Even I saw that the seller might not give warranty and the products will be shipped from US. delivery time is also long 3weeks+.. read the reviews and contact the seller before making any purchase. And about the product obviously 399 better than 299.
If no warranty then better try with friends in US or Dubai. If no friends then avoid or take your own risk.
