pioneer HT-Z131 not working

Hi,

my pioneer dvd player had a shortcircuit and went off. i am left with 5 speakers and a sub . i mostly watch divx movies (stereo sound) on my toshiba regza 32inch lcd.

please suggest an DVD+amp for my current setup with HDMI so i can play divx movies and upconvert on my LCD
