2RCA to 2RCA Cable - Need Help

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Marantz CD player and want to connect it to my Onkyo Av receiver. As of now I have bought two DAC ARX01D cables to connect the CD player.

But my local vendor suggest me that SOMMERS ONYX Cable with HICON connector is very good cable and I should use them. The cable is costing Rs. 4400 (2m length).

I also have an option of buying QED Peformance Audio 2 for 4800 (1 m) and AudioQuest Evergreen for 2400 (1 m) cables.

My question is:
1. How good is ARX01D? Will it really make any difference upgrading the cable.
2. If it does make a difference then how good is SOMMERS, QED and Audioquest when compared to DAC cable I have?
3. Which one should I go in for - SOMMERS, QED or Audioquest?

In your kind of setup, DAC interconnect is more than enough. If you still have some doubts, ask your local vendor to loan you the cable for trying out for a few days and if you notice a substantial difference then decide on your own.
