3 feet "wide" TV below 40K

So I am looking for a TV for my bedroom and would like the largest screen possible. The issue is that the physical space available is only 36" wide which can accommodate a 37" with wide bezel or a 43" with narrow bezel.

- I will be watching from 8-9 feet away and picture quality is very important.
- I am not concerned about TV's sound quality as I will be using some good external speakers.
- Reflections can be controlled and this is not a bright room so maybe a Plasma could work.
- I dont have a set budget but I am inherently a cheapo

Anyone has any experiences to share about buying TVs from ebay with dealer warranty?

I have bought a few items, electronics and non-electronics, up to 10K in value from ebay and so far my experiences have been good. Thus I was open about considering these deals.

Any other places where I can get these TVs even cheaper? I am based out of Gurgaon/Delhi.

Please help!

the e bay deals you mentioned are with seller warranty that is gray products.if you are happy with that go for that.
otherwise i am giving you some cheap but very good options with bill.

sammy plasma 400 33.5k...its resolution is very low 800*450..but from 8 ft doesnt matter
sammy plasma 490 42k.semi hd 3d...........................................................................best pictuer i felt in entry modesl
pana x30d plasma 36k...semi hd non 3d...
toshiba lcd fuill hd 40k........

demo and then only decide.

I could buy samsung 40 EH 50000 at 35K at ebay but changed mind and bought 32" EH5000 for 1 year warranty with satisfaction.
As above said, if you can trust to take risk of that much money. Can go for it.
