40-42 inch LCD/LED

Hi,

I am planning to buy a 40"-42" LCD/LED for a price around ~50K(preferably lesser). I am not interested in buying 3D/ Smart Tv....HDMI and USB ports able to play all major formats will do. Prefer to have Tvs that consume lesser energy(~120W). Please suggest me some decent options. I have been to few stores but i could not really decide on anything
