ACT introducing HD ??

I saw HD TV link on ACT website , looks like they are launching HDTV service soon. Will enquire and get more details soon . Do anyone have any idea on this ?
Hathway service is so poor . Thought this could be alternative ...:yahoo:

As per this Digital TV, ACTs HD TV Set-Top box would scale up all the channels to HD like quality
