Is there any other set top box than Airtel which gives DD+ with 1080P output?

Well, I ended up buying it.. I can say for sure OTT performance is meh. Too slow and streaming quality is poor. Buffers a lot. FireTV first gen works better. I havent tried the HD channels yet

I have the xstream box.. Netflix and Hotstar work ok with stereo audio. Don't have any way of checking 6 channel audio

Worst Airtel xtream box I am using it the day once it launched. Box spec itself worst. All laggy slow restarted automatically. Customer service also worst. Better to go with fire tv insert it in AVR and enjoyed the content.

I'm getting quite a bit of lag (Audio out of Sync) with the box and in built apps since I am using a 50ft HDMI cable to connect my projector.

Is there an android app that can be installed to delay the audio?

Recently got xtream box and can confirm it's a slow cheap device
I don't think any android app would help unless you're casting - web video caster to delay audio in that case
Get a fire tv stick it's better

This was solved after I started using an AV Receiver.

I forgot to mention that I was using the rca out to connect my speakers/amp. That was causing the lag. And the box is used only for watching some football and cricket.

It's a slow, laggy device but still worth it at 150 bucks a month

With Airtel Black I get both. Xstream App and Channels. The idea is to not rely on my internet during a few live matches. My current setup for the projector room is Xstream Box + Firestick -> AV Receiver.

Xstream box for live sports
Firestick for everything else.
