Amp advice

I need an amp for my revel F36 towers.

Will the Rega 2017 do them justice or is Elex-R needed?

Please advise. Any other amp within 1l worth considering?

It would appear something odd to you ...But well within your budget buy IFI itube2 and Crown XLS 1502 power amp....I am using this...

they have a different sound signature, but both should work as your speakers are 91db well efficient
Rega Brio 2017: warm, lively, authoritative
Rega Elex-R: lean, lively, bigger sound stage

other amps to consider, but above 1L
Roksan k3: big bold sound stage, good layering through mid range
exposure 2010: fast attacking, agile, timing and rhythm
Naim 5si, etc

check what kind of singnature you like and what suits your speakers

I was going through this thread in the high end section, and clicked on the computer audiophile link provided. Clicked on the photo where it shows the Setup, Configuration, and Calibration and guess what is sitting on the reviewer's rack? The mighty Crown XLS power amplifier. Check the bottom shelf.

@dheerajin, what speakers are you using? It looks like a unique setup. The amp is class 1, how is that compared to class ab.

@Anurag, im trying to import the Elex-R. The local price is too high. I'll contact you about the brio, if that does not pan through.

It is Class-D amp and surprisingly midrange and dynamics are superb. Speakers are PSB Synchrony Floor standarrds

your speakers don't need any fancy amp. Just good power which the other fm's have suggested wrt pro amps.

@tuff , there is one video I came across for the XLS drive core series. I hope OP could get some insight from this

Some People with higher budget look at the price and shun the idea of buying this amp.
And some think its meant for PA application.
I think they should try it first.
