AVOID PROFX KOLKATA!!!!
THESE GUYS ARE utter non-sense.
I had shipped my Denon 2113 for some minor repair last month.
They shipped back to me and now the whole amplifier is broken and the circuit is broken.

And they said, they cannot do anything as they have no idea how it happened.

Now, I have to buy a new one.
AVOID THOSE FRAUDSTERS!!!

Better to buy from grey market.. at least we don't pay high amounts for their useless warranty.

Was the Unit broken they they first received?
If not, Contact to head office, PRO FX Bangalore and describe the issue

• Always discuss the matter / issue over the phone.
• Click snaps where possible before sending / handing to service center
• Send a mail with snaps and mention as discussed the high level points of the call..

This will ensure that you are protected with ample proof and evidence should matters go as sour as this! Unfortunate incident....
