Bass EQ (BEQ ) with minidsp

I'd have thought you'd be interested, given the lengths you've gone to try and get the bass you crave.

Not too bad in the looks department either.

If it helps in improving the bass then I am all in. But in the link when I checked the device it looked nothing like this. It was just board with some ports costing 2k. Now I checked again and seems like you need to add the accessories. Please let me know what all I need to add.

With apologies to those that don't know Tamil:

More seriously, you'll need to get a case and a power adapter. You can do the optional upgrade to 2GB of RAM for an additional Rs. 460 over the standard 1GB. Not really required if you only plan on running ezbeq, based on what people using it so far have posted.

The above is the for the Raspberry Pi 4 device from fabtolab. You'll also need a microSD card and an adapter to connect it to the PC so you can download the Raspberry Pi imager (https://www.raspberrypi.org/software/) and write the image to the card. You then insert that microSD card in the slot provided in the Pi 4 device and run the instructions provided at https://ezbeq.readthedocs.io/en/latest/rpi/ to install minidsp-rs and ezbeq.

Ok thanks got a fair idea now. Yeah main usage is yp try the BEQ filters. I'll google and explore what all benefits the device offers first

Those that believe in science and objectivity should not use BEQ. If their argument is "I like it" yeah, how about that, subjectively sounds good. Coughhypocritescough :)
