Benq 1070 or optima 25 need help

Hi guys need help on Projector. I had zeroed on speaker and av part now on most crucial part on display need help to complete my HT setup.
I am on Projector part between 1070 and optima 25 .Again suggestion came for Epson. Now confused between DLP and LCD.i am placing this in living room and there will be ample light.
As newbie in this part need help from my forum members friends so i can complete my HT setup.was able to finalise on AV part on ur suggestions only.
So pl help as very eager to complete my HT . THANKS in advance.

benq 1070 , using it for the last 1year , very happy with the brightness level i do not have a separate AV room .excellent 3D , my recommendation is benq.
