BenQ MX 528P Vs Epson EB EX 31

I am looking at these 2 projectors for now. Which one would you go for ? Pros and cons ?

I know these are not 1080 native. Are there any 1080 native projects under the same price range as these ?

I have the Benq mw526 BenQ MW526 Business Projector | BenQ India
and quite happy with it. Dont know about the Epson. I paid 35k INR in mumbai 2 years ago.
