Hi, I am looking for an entry level receiver. Which would be best choice. Budget is 30K. I was thinking about chosing between Pioneer VSX 329 & Yamaha 2067. Both available under 25K.

HTR 3067 is available for 25 K. Take the 2067 if you want to put in a passive sub ( just double check that )
