I am looking for 20 meters of Bi-Wire Loudspeaker cable.

Since you are ready to spend 2000 to 4000 per meter, very well you can get in ebay.UK or USA, some highend cables too like Kimber.

There is good budget option too.I am using 16 awg regular cable & it sounds balanced with good Bass & treble not edgy.

Don't spend so much on cables. Get chord silverscreen biwirables 600 per metre and spend the rest on a new speaker or source.

Sorry for posting my requirement in your thread. But thought of posting the same here rather than starting a new one. I came across this QED Speaker cable which the seller confirmed to me that its a continuous 30 mtr cable which can be cut into different lengths based on the requirement. I was thinking of going for this cable for my energy rc-micro speaker to the receiver. As per the seller this is a UK based company manufactured the cable.

Are you also planning to Bi-Amp ?

If not, I suggest first trying out a good quality single wire and replace the jumpers also with a good quality wire.
Then compare the results with wires costing half the price and biwiring them.
A lot of people I know like the first option more than biwired option.
