Blocking artefact while playing 1080p mkv in Xtreamer

Anybody having any blocking artefact problem with their XMP while playing 1080p mkv files? I am having very little in some and recently in one mkv with 9mbps bitrate there is so much blocking that it's unwatchable. It's not a problem with the file as I played it in my pc and it played without any problem. Earlier I had played a 12 mbps mkv it had played without any problem in the XMP. Any thoughts?

Have had that issue in old LOTR: Return of the King 1080p rip but didn't have it in anything else. Didn't find a way to fix it either.

Please post the MediaInfo for the MKV that's problematic. Thanks.
