The customs duty charge was deducted at the time of purchase itself, and I was also asked to share a copy of an ID card for shipment

the rates are sometimes better than amazon.com, especially for box sets. and the shipping charges are also very nominal. i have ordered a few blu rays through them, and i have had no issues with customs so far.
Amazon UK is typically cheaper and has most region free BDs, but in sends via Royal Post+ India Post. It takes around 4-5 weeks to reach if not more. Also in certain places/ cities, India post charges Duties from 0-45% or so..
