Boston Acoustics for my LED tv

Hi all i want to buy Boston Acoustics SoundWare XS 2.1 for my LED tv(46 inches).So do they satisfy my requirement mostly i watch movies in my tv.So any reviews or feedack on those speakers?

are they active speakers..chk specks..
otherwise you will need a 2 ch amp..
