Hello all,

I am looking to setup a budget Stereo setup for bedroom. Hall size is 12ft x 12ft.
I need to have crisp sound and with good vocals at Mids. After lots of research I am fixed with Mission LX-1 MK-2. Speakers. They are available at 15k in some online stores.
For time being I am thinking of pairing it with some entry level Fosi Class Damps from amazon. Later I have a plan to build a class a b amplifier on my own with adding a subwoofer.
My question to fellow members and also who have experience with Missiom LX-1 pr LX-2, Can i go with this setup or can i go with building a 3-Way stereo speakers from aftermarket. (Local market or dogeesound diy kits).
At this price range will the mission lx-1 speakers will justify with its performance compared local Indian branded diy speakers?

Budget ??? How much can define what u can buy. Looking at present Indian conditions in economical zone the best bet can be a Norge amplifier (Model 2060), a pair of matching bookshelf speakers like Elac 5.2, wharfedale 12.1 etc and an entry level Dac like Fosi ZD3/other. All in all it can be around 50K and this can also include some decent interconnects by MX etc. While choosing an amplifier look at the possible speakers matching and for entry level DAC's the connectivity options. You can even go even lower by taking DIY route but that is not recommended as chances of errors are great for a non electronics/technical person. But first define your budget, most important.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
