From what I hear from some folks whose ears i trust, these guys make some really good gear which belie the price points at which they sell.

The conductor dac / preamp is supposed to be a Gem.

:lol: Well, for me, the one with the right functionality is too expensive, and the cheaper one doesn't have the functionality.

I had found them at Item Audio. I haven't looked a the the Underwood link yet, so don't know how pricing compares***.

Here is Burson's own site. It's an odd layout: you have to scroll down to get the actual products!

*** for HA-160D, which is the model that would interest me... At list price, if Item Audio deduct VAT (20%) then the price is much the same as Underwood. Underwood, however, have a really good deal. I wonder if they ship.
