Check the specs of the speakers and if it has speaker wire connectivity then you can connect the same.
Keep in mind the watts and impedance of the speakers and AVR, you dont want to end up blowing up either the speakers or avr.

Yes, possible. But I don't know if Denon has RCA audio out. If there is no audio out, you can buy an HDMI to RCA converter and plug it into your HDMI out. But if your TV supports RCA video input, this adapter will be good . But if your TV supports only HDMI, then you have to think of some other converter.
